VIEW THIS EMAIL IN BROWSER Help Drive Our Future! As 2024 draws to a close, we’re thrilled to celebrate a year of remarkable achievements for DRIVE Electric Arizona. We’ve made significant strides in our mission to transform Arizona into a cleaner and more sustainable state. Here are just a few of our accomplishments since our founding on January 5, 2024: We built an all-volunteer nonprofit organization of more than 200 EV owners and enthusiasts into a force for change, through Working Groups on Dealer Engagement, Native Communities, and State and Local Governments. DRIVE Electric Arizona has been recognized as a leading State Chapter in the Department of Energy’s multi-state DRIVE Electric USA Program. We’ve hosted and/or participated in 77 Events including 9 Ride & Drives. We’ve successfully promoted electric vehicle adoption to thousands of Arizonans, providing 847 individuals with the ability to drive our volunteers’ personal electric vehicles. We have worked collaboratively with utilities, dealerships and municipalities to make sure more Arizonans learn the benefits of owning electric vehicles. These successes wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of individuals like you who share our vision for a cleaner, more sustainable Arizona. But our journey doesn’t end here. In 2025, we set our sights on even greater goals: We are launching an initiative to more than double our Ride & Drives and develop new chapters in Yavapai, Coconino, and Gila counties. We aim to launch this groundbreaking initiative to further accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles in Arizona. We are working with our partners to expand EV access to underserved communities, including rural areas and Indian Nations, ensuring that everyone can benefit from the ownership of electric vehicles. Our Working Groups on Charging Infrastructure, Disadvantaged Communities, Fleet Engagement, Native Communities, and Rural Interests will kick into high gear in 2025, and our Dealership Engagement working group will launch a Preferred Dealership program to educate dealer sales staff and transition dealership policies to those that are friendly to buyers and owners alike.
